Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Items will be dispatched once processed. Please allow 3-5 days to receive items.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

 

Nubian Curlz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with you order. If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email hello@nubiancurlz.com to arrange the return.
 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be very careful of hair and skin oil transfer. Items with oil stains can not be refunded. It is recommend that you wrap your hair to try on your bonnets or hats, to avoid product transfer. 


 Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

 

Refunds will only be processed once items are received and inspected.
